  3. The default IP address is set by the contents of
  4. a file on the NOSINST disk. It's purpose is to
  5. make the installation more friendly to the user.
  6. The person who set the default IP address on this
  7. copy of NOSINST has set it to an illegal value.
  8. Please edit (or just delete) the \FILES\BASE_IP.VAL
  9. file to correct the problem.
